We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

Looks like the staff up there in Fenton has been drinking a lot of their own coffee!
Hi, Bob. My name is Ron Klein and my group and I are working on a marketing project with Biggby Coffee as our subject. My email is kleinron@umich.edu . We are students at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and would like to see if we could either sit down and talk with you, talk with you on the phone, or get some questions answered via email. Would there be any way this is possible? I'm sure the presentation will bring awareness to the Biggby brand as all students of the school of business would see it.
