What Bernie has to say makes me proud to be associated with people like Kyle Kinney and his crew. While it may be the "Biggby Way" to make friends and treat people special, it is easier said than done. It can easily become just words, an empty mantra. But people like Kyle and his team breathe life into it and make it resonate with customers. Quite an accomplishment.
