We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

please have more sugar free choices like sugar free peanut butter, sugar free carmel, sugar free pumpkin spice, sugar free cider quite a few of your seasonal drinks are not a sugar free option
please stock stevia packets for us who don't use splenda or sweet and low
