My visit was to the Livonia Wonderland Mall location Saturday morning 4/9/2011. After being stunned by the cost of $4.23 for a reg. coffee and a muffin, I proceeded to get into my new Ford truck. after getting in I picked up the coffee and had the cup collapse on me spilling coffee all over my new seats and my lap. luckily the coffee was luke warm at best. I cleaned off myself and my truck to get to my office at Ford across the street to have the cup collapse a second time and dropping it. now I have a muffin with no coffee except what was on my truck seat. threw the muffin away since I had no coffee. If you're going to charge that much for a cup of coffee, how about at least a quility cup! you're high then Dunkin Donut, Tim Hortons and Panera! scott minch 734-421-6913

Biggby keeps raising their coffee prices. Not to mention the Biggby lids keep cracking and the coffee drizzles down your shirt. When I left the drive thru in Lansing got back on the road took a drink and because the lids keep cracking or don't fit properly the drink drizzled down the front of my shirt. I turned around took the drink back and they did make me a new one with a new lid. Corporate knows about it and the two franchises I go to know about it and have had complaints other than me and yet they haven't changed lid companies or switched lids at their supplier Sweetheart Lids. Maybe if enough people send Biggby their dry cleaning bill then maybe they will switch their coffee lids. It might not be a problem much longer anyway. With Biggby coffee prices at $5.35 for their large specialty coffee and gas prices at $4.17 Biggby keeps raising their prices even higher than the price of gas. People can no longer afford both. Biggby just may price themselves out of business.

The other trick (in my opinion) that I hear the baristas doing (I'm assuming this is coming from corporate)is when you order your coffee drink they say....would you like an extra shot of espresso with that? In my opinion, the way they word that is deceiving because people think that they are getting an extra shot of espresso for free and they are not. The barista should be saying....would you like an extra shot of espresso for .50 cents? I will then tell them..... no thank you.. or...that will be all thanks. Then the barista still tries to suggestive sell more products by saying...would you like a muffin or scone? I just said no thank you to the extra shot of espresso or said that will be all thanks yet they keep pushing and pushing trying to sell more product. The Saginaw and I96 location does this most every time. When people say no thank you or that will be all...LET IT GO BIGGBY....GIVE IT UP. People know what they want to purchase please don't continue to push more product.
