We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

Wow, that has been a long time coming--great to seen Naner Lady and The Hand finally make the blog. Very cool. In a geeky sort of way. ;)
Rob and I (and Nigel) had a great time finally meeting Bob. We took the day off to make sure we didn't miss him this time since we missed his impromptu visits =)
