Jen works at the Grosse Pointe BIGGBY COFFEE, but I run into her a lot at various BIGGBY Grand Openings. There is such a strength and warmth in her personality...it really shines through whether she is working at her store or helping somebody else. If you ever see her working I beg you to get a straight latte, hers are truly 'one of the best' and you will also get a chance to see some beautiful 'latte art.'

Jen is an AWESOME addition to the Grosse Pointe BIGGBY COFFEE. When I have been in the store she knows the customer's names, drinks, and all about them. It makes the experience so much more personable and meaningful. Thanks Jen!!
