- CEO and Co-Founder of BIGGBY COFFEE. Our first cafe began in March of 1995, and we began franchising in 1999. We now have over 157 cafes located in 9 states. We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

Special coffee, cake, cookies and gift baskets were shared with residents as they celebrated the Advent and Christmas Season. A Christmas Choral concert was also given during this event by Student members of the Concordia College's ArborSong group. Great Work!! JRG
Since I am talking about what makes a coffee shop a "good" coffee shop, I probably also need to talk about what I personally think is one of the most important factors in having one SCAA approved coffee makers I had to leave so I could get my work done
