My friend Bob Fish...my erstwhile friend...I beg to differ that he became entrepreneurial the day people started asking about franchises. I have heard the BibbbyBob story often, frankly too often, and must say Bob became an entrepreneur the day he cut a deal to own a Flap Jack Shack.

But that is a small point. Biggby does employ 2,000 people. And, I gather, 1500 cows. Full time. What a guy BiggbyBob is. The originator of the bovine full employment program.

I remember the first time we got mentioned in a Crain's piece, and what a big deal that was--how cool that now you're giving the keynote at an event sponsored by Crain's? Yahoo!
