I visited Walsh College...

....and got a lot of questions on the use of Social Media, here is a few of those questions, but keep in mind I am not an expert...just a guy who's doing what he loves everyday :)

What a great opportunity to go talk to college students about BIGGBY COFFEE. Sounds like Bob knows what he's talking about.

Thanks again for sharing your insight yesterday, Bob. The Biggby story is an inspiring one and a great case study for the influence of social media!

Bob -

Thanks for your time yesterday. It was nice meeting you, and I appreciated your comments. Also, and thank you for being willing to take the time to answer some Q and A for me. I will be in touch.

By the way, stopped by the Biggby on Telegraph this morning and enjoyed a delightful chai tea latte.

Hmmm...hearing Bob talk about how he would be twittering all the time if he had social networking sites (or the internet for that matter) back when he ran the first store makes me wonder--are there any Biggby stores out there with facebook or twitter accounts?

Should be :)

Indeed there are!

BIGGBY has its own B Happy Lounge area on Facebook, and the Okemos store has its own group page as well!
