We have been workin' on a couple of energy based drinks to roll out this August.
These would be beverages where the base of the drink would be a branded canned energy drink (there are some wild ones) :) or alternatively, where we simply add to any beverage that is currently on our menu, the elements that make up the 'energy' in canned drinks that are already out there (you know like Red-Bull, Monster and such...)
Anyway let me know which 'energy' brand is your favorite in the survey on the right...and then leave me a comment about what direction you think we should take with these new energy drinks....Thanks!

Bob, if you end up following through with this, please make sure to offer sugar-free options--those energy drinks are loaded with sugar and calories.
They are all "nasty" but kids love Monster. That may be something to appeal to kids while mom or dad get their favorite drink.
College-aged kids would probably FLOCK to this type of drink...give me coffee any day!
My current two favorite energy drinks are Rockstar Punched (tropical punch flavor) and Rockstar Roast (coffee with cream). I think if you could come up with something in a convenient can that contains BIGGBY coffee in it along with some cream and sugar, you might have a sure contender to all the starbucks and rockstar drinks already there. It would also be a great way to promote BIGGBY coffee by having it stocked in gas stations and grocery stores.
I don't care about the energy drinks. A little caffein is enough punch for me, but I'd LOVE Butter Bear year round!!!

I really don't care for any of the energy drinks. So if you come up with a good tasting, sugar free, low calorie. I would be willing to give it a try.
My all time favorite boost is a tall skinny skinny nutty buddy.
Bawls energy and Bawls sugar-free both have the best flavor IMO. Its one of the few energy drinks that I would drink even if it was caffeine free. http://www.bawls.com/
Most energy drinks I have tried are Nasty. However if you can find a sugar free one and with good taste, maybe even chocolate in it, it might go here in the Richland area/Gull Road in Kalamazoo. Thank you all for always GREAT SERVICE!
This might be irrelevant, but I would prefer the ability to add some type of protein powder to your frozen coffee drinks. I rarely get them because they're so sugary (albeit HEAVEN!), but if I knew they had some staying power I'd stick with that too.
To be honest, though, I wouldn't mind an energy drink on those really hot days when even I can't stomach cold coffee.
i'm not a big fan of energy drinks... i just haven't found one that tastes good. however, i do like the idea of adding some of the ingredients to a biggby's drink!
Hey Bob!!! I have been a Barista at BIGGBY for almost a year now and i love it!! About the energy drinks,,,my only worry is how they will effect the taste of our drinks,, energy drinks tend to have a funny after-taste, would it mix well with espresso? I'm going to try it tomorrow at work, see how it tastes. But i have a feeling you could be on to something, i mentioned this to my husband ( a huge BIGGBY fan, and not just because i work there!)and he said he would love that option! I think many others would too. Keep us posted!!! Abbey from store 234
Energy drinks are so horrible for you.
However, the option of protein powder in your yummy iced drinks is a great idea! I even saw an ice cream place where, for a dollar, you could add a scoop of protein powder to your smoothie.
My vote is protein powder- yes, energy drink -no.
bob AMP is the way to go, various flavors and it also comes sugar free. red bull is not good tasting at all.
