We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

What a great thing! He is hosting his show in a BIGGBY COFFEE, which shows that he feels comfortable and able to get work done while enjoying a coffee.
