Bruce from Huntington Bank gets the key to success in America in 2008. We have many choices for similar products that it comes down to who delivers on the customer experience. This is the Biggby way...treating every customer well...treating everyone like they are special.

We should name a drink after Bruce! What a great interview. He gets what BIGGBY is all about and his daughter is obviously a BIGGBY fanatic, promoting us to others. Hats off to the Ann Arbor staff too.

While visiting friends in Michigan last week I happened to stop at the 100th Biggby. Joe and his crew were very friendly and he went out of his way when I told him I was from WI and read about his store in your blog. We took pictures and had a nice chat with him. I'm sure they will be very successful as they seem to have the Biggby way down pat.

I think Bruce was at our annual meeting last week! What a great interview from a customer's perspective! He hits the ball out of the park!

Awesome! You couldn't buy advertising like this. It comes only with great customer service consistently and sincerely delivered. I've heard this same story, though less eloquently put, over and over again. Kudos Biggby and thanks to the team in Ann Arbor!

Wow, yeah, great interview...nice too, to see the lense on some non-baristas, just for a change of pace. Also liked the analogy regarding olympian consistency in performance...might have to steal that for my schpiel...

Also fun to hear Joe G. in the background, laughing and having a good time "working" the crowd. Sorry to have missed it. -JD
