We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership. I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

Bob - congrats on your position with the MRA! That was a well written letter and really did show how all of the hard work and determination paid off.
I am always inspired by "Humble Beginnings" stories. Kudos to you, Mary, Mike, and all the people that have helped make it happen.
I think the message of faith, confidence, and courage is so important, whether you're the head of a business, a family, or in any other position where you're reaching for the next level. I hope the MRA members get a chance to hear you speak on the subject, I think it's incredibly compelling. Thanks, -JD

We never doubt the things you can do out there! We do enjoy it when you come home to the office! I just hope all the customers realize how much we miss seeing you everyday!

Congradulations Bob on your position. Hopefully on the no smoking ban you will change your position and support the major of citizens in the state of michigan who need a safe and smoke free restaurants and bars.
