Our first cafe began in March of 1995, and we began franchising in 1999. We now have over 157 cafes located in 9 states. We are a 100% franchised system....meaning local ownership.
I am spending much of the year on the road visiting our cafe owners, employees and customers....these are the chronicles of my visits.

I would take the lid off and just see what happens.
The Whip cream is like eating dessert first =9 I like it to get me ready for the drink while it cools down enough to drink.
