B Happy! That's what it's all about! It's much of the BIGGBY way....I hope Nigel can make it to the opening party of our 100th store on Telegraph Rd in Bloomfield Hills MI. It'll be next Monday, then the store will open on Tuesday the 15th. I can't wait, Everybody is invited!!!!

Apparently Nigel has not tried to use his coffee card at a Biggby store that won't take cards with a certain color stamp.
Bummer.....
It is a bummer...of course this problem exists only in the Lansing area right now....and so Nigel is not affected. We are moving quickly to solve the fraud problem, and understand the frustration and confusion that this has caused. We love our customers...it's the BIGGBY WAY!
Our 'frequency card' program has been a great long running reward program for those that have been loyal to BIGGBY...and because of some serious mis-use, we have to fix what was a simple and honorable system. Hang in there :) !!
Nigel Here, the Naner Lady (Kate) wants to come out to party next monday. We are trying to get the Hand (Rob) excited about coming out because the Naner Lady doesn't like to drive when it is dark out.
