is under road construction! Can you believe it? All their drives are shut down...ya' can't get in to the place, but it doesn't slow down their customers...they park two blocks away, and walk! 
Wow, that's impressive! But that's the BIGGBY Way....you see, our customers have it too!

does it actually mean anything?
The "Biggby Way" means a lot of things to a lot of people.
- The flavor of the drink
- The friendliness of the workers
- A gathering place for the community
- Maybe it is just a chance to relax and enjoy yourself
To sum it up, if your day is better because you went to a Biggby's, you have experienced the "Biggby Way"!
Well put jdy... Once you are hooked, you just can't go anywhere else! It is the whole experience! BIGGBY has the best employees and they share their "PERC" with everyone!
The fact that customers are parking two doors down(or two blocks) and walking to get the world's best coffee is a testament to the BIGGBY WAY, it also helps to define it!
