Just take it, will ya :)
The deal is we always in these perpetual debates internally like....
'fancy shmantzy' vs 'American traditional'
milk choc vs dark choc
'childhood memory'/retro vs 'euro-chic'
You get the idea....anyway I was sitting in one of those corporate meetings and everybody is makin' their case, gettin' all red in the face about what customers want...and all of a sudden I start hearing words like focus group, research, and mega trends....and all the while I'm thinkin it's gotta be easier than that.
In the old days, when I was workin' in the store, I would just talk to people about it....wow, that was lot more enjoyable....and the results amazing....people will tell you exactly what they want.
So that's why I'm asking you to take a second and make a choice on the survey.....I know there is a lot more choices that I could have posted....so if you got one you want to add...post it in the comments...and I'll run it against whatever the winner is here ok :)
Now for those of you that want to pick them all...I understand (your issues)....but, I just need a little focus....pick one. Cheers!

Bob, wasn't that you that was red in the face?
Ilove your mocha java. Its my fav.
Besides I love anything with chocolate or chocolate and peanut butter in it.
I'm new at leaving comments so if this is in the wrong place, please forgive me!
Is Bob really listening? Is he really out there checking the comments? If so, then I'd like to speak with him about adding some goodies to his menu...like CAKE! Nothing goes better with a cup of coffee like cake--decadent, delicious chocolate cake with home made butter cream icing topped with chocolate ganache. Call me and I'll be glad to bring you some to try for yourself. You can find my wares at www.partycakesinc.com Thanks, Valerie Jackett, President
Bob,
Love the blog...keep it up!
I see the peanut butter lovers are at it again but do they really grab a reese's cup with coffee? The Hershey's Kiss comes in a multitude of flavors now - one is even dark chocolate coffee flavor - then caramel, vanilla, raspberry, strawberry, cherry filled, white or milk or dark chocolate - almonds or plain - you really can't beat em! It's just that peanut butter people vote more than real chocolate lovers....;>)
Penny, as you know MJ is my favorite too...
cakelady, yes...I'm really listening....can't you tell by the bad spelling and grammer?
Anyway I agree about the cake thing...see my blog..."just a little dogma" and you know that it is a family tradition...

Speaking of chocolate I haven't been to a Biggby's since you changed your white chocolate, I am still very dissappointed. Let me know when you switch back.
So this doesn't have to do with chocolate, but I was in a Grand Rapids store a few weeks ago and they said they no longer had the grill machine for my Havarti bagel. I had to heat it up in the microwave. It just wasn't the same.
Bob-
Definetly need the Hershey Kiss's!
However the site won't take my vote! Oh well it is great sitting here at work with my mocha java and seeing what the Biggyby crew is up to.
Cakelady is right, some cake would be nice.
The crew at the Kalamazoo Gull Rd Store did a great job this morning. Our office sure appreciates them... we do miss Ann though!
The blog, the website, the stores, the Biggby brand is taking hold and it looks great. As a meeting professional I would love to get Biggby more involved with Meeting Professionals International Michigan Chapter. We have almost 300 meeting professional members in Michigan. Shameless plug as I currently serve as the chapter president. Our annual education conference is April 13-15 at the Amway Grand Plaza. There is a Biggby right down the street from there maybe you could stop by and meet some of the movers and shakers of the meeting professional world in Michigan.
I prefer dark chocolate like a dove square, or dark chocolate with mint---mmmmm the best! I guess that's why the Mocha Chill with a shot of Peppermint is my drink of choice!
Vanessa
I love a great piece of chocolate! I consider myself somewhat of a chocolate snob, and feel the Swiss have some of the best chocolate in the world.
I agree with the cake recommendation. I also think that there is nothing better than a piece of cold cheesecake with a hot cup of coffee. YUM YUM!
Bob, I'm not a coffee drinker (though I like the aroma), but I am a big tea drinker. Biggby's chai tea latte is the best hands down. Everyone else's tastes watered down. from Sue in Canton
Didn't there used to be a chocolate-cherry drink around this time of year? I adore all the current speciality drinks, but that keeps sounding really good to me. It might be a nice way to celebrate spring, and isn't there a location opening up in Traverse soon?
Or raspberry...a hot raspberry speciality drink sounds amazing...but now I'm off the topic of chocolate.
Barista Lady Di here....
from above the 45th parallel,
It is still WAY TOO COLD up here
Greetings,
I needed to weigh in on the chocolate survey...
I have been known to make a pretty good brownie...(much requested in our circle of people) not from scratch..
"I get by with a little help from my friends"
My baking friends include a Ghiradelli Chocolate Brownie mix.
My vote is Ghiradelli all the way....
Chocolate is an extremely personal issue!!!!!
Ask and you shall receive...
My philosophy on asking...
Don't ask a question that you do not want to hear the answer to....
Nick and Chanin are the greatest.
Much BIGGBY love
